After our recent purchase of our F350, we have to bring it back for scheduled body work. They had our vehicle for two weeks and we didn’t hear a word from them after calling multiple times to figure out wh it back for scheduled body work. They had our vehicle for two weeks and we didn’t hear a word from them after calling multiple times to figure out what was going on and an estimate of when we would get out truck back no one had any idea what was going on with the truck. Service didn’t have a work order for it, sales had to recollection. Once they finally figured out what was going on at day 12 of having the vehicle it still had not been touched for repair they promised that Thursday or Friday of that week it would be done. My husband called back that Friday after again hearing nothing from them; no one had any idea what we were talking about… they called back and said it would be done on Saturday. My husband went down on Saturday to pick up his truck and again no one had any idea what or WHERE the truck was. After being there for 40 minutes they finally found the truck. I would not recommend Portsmouth Ford and I will not be back. More
