This dealer owns a used car place in portsmouth on 180 Mirona Rd. Portsmouth NH. My husband and I went to look at a used car advertised on line. We called ahead to let them know we were coming to look at Mirona Rd. Portsmouth NH. My husband and I went to look at a used car advertised on line. We called ahead to let them know we were coming to look at a Rav4. It was pouring rain out. We got out of our car and a sales man was standing under the over head and he did not even want to talk to us. We asked about the car and he made us stand out in the pouring rain to look at it. My husband asked if we could use there garage and he said absolutly not they dont allow people in there. My husband asked for something to lay on so he wouldnt get more soaked. He went in and threw a rubber mat at my husband. He wanted nothing to do with me as I tried to talk to him. The suv was in rough shape. My husband went in to talk to the manager and asked for a car fax. The manager asked if we wanted to test drive it. My husband said no I just had one and it got toteled. The manager refused to give us a car fax. My husband got upset and we left. We have never been treated so badly in our lives. Actually thank you ford because we found a great car dealer elsewere who was very respectful and we will keep doing buisness with them and referring them buisness. More
