Scewed this deal from A to Z. Eddy Francis ordered the wrong truck can not answer the simplest of questions. Dos not care he still getting paid. This dealership has terrible service. From first service phone call things went wrong. Got an confirmation e mail that had nothing to do with what i asked for. Took 3 calls to service dept and they still got it wrong. I drop my keys and get a call that morning at work. Noone knows why my truck is there. This review does not have enough space to list all that went wrong with my service. Quote you one price then upcharge you. Bought a $70,000 truck and wanted some accessories. After being overcharged on my two previous purchases bug deflector and bed liner. The third time i asked for a quote. Bought warning strobe light on sale for $538 on Portsmouth Ford web site I was quoted $200 labor to install. I was charged full price $750 for light. I was charged $420 labor to install. I was charged for a NH state inspection I did not ask for( I am registered in MA) I was charged for an oil change that should have been free with the very expensive car care plan I was sold and given a $59 shop charge to boot. I called and spoke with Service manager Alan to give them a chance to make it right. Two weeks of back and forth on phone. He was unapologetic and uninterested made me feel like I did something wrong. My service call was recorded. He admitted that was what I was quoted and simply said they shouldn't have quoted me that. To be honest I was shocked. I expected a quick apology and a refund. Portsmouth ford used to be the best. I hear nothing but horror stories now what a shame. More
