The gentleman that handles my needs did a splendid job. I had waited for an emissions part that had been a recall for a year, called several times (and left msgs) to get in for an oil change & tire rotatio I had waited for an emissions part that had been a recall for a year, called several times (and left msgs) to get in for an oil change & tire rotation over the course of abt a month & a half. He got me in and out in abt 2 1/2 hrs which was great in my book! More
