I was very pleased with my experience with Portsmouth Chevrolet. I did most of my dealing over the internet. I did not find a better price after checking many dealerships. They guaranteed the best price and there was no price haggling which made the expereince wonderful. The sales and financial people made the final paperwork easy. Had issue with truck after purchasing it (front bumber was not aligned). While trying to align it they put a big scratch in it. They were willing to fix it but I didn't trust them to do the work properl was not aligned). While trying to align it they put a big scratch in it. They were willing to fix it but I didn't trust them to do the work properly and paid out of pocket to get the bumber repainted. Also, they promise to give $100 for referalls however when I bought my truck 40K LTZ they would not give any money to the individual who referred me even after several requests. It seems that Portsmouth Chevrolet only cares about making an initial sale and does not consider return customers. More
