They never called me with updates. Parts they ordered "overnight" came in one week later, and without all the required wiring (requiring me to wait even longer for my car). Not friendly. Again, they NEVER CALLED ME TO COMMUNICATE - or even seem worried that my car has been there 3 weeks and still not fixed. No offer of loaner cars or anything. More

We have been talking about how decent the dealership has been since we left. My husband even said that he wished that he had purchased his most recent vehicle there. I was very pleased with my experience with Portsmouth Chevrolet. I did most of my dealing over the internet. I did not find a better price after checking many dealerships. Had issue with truck after purchasing it (front bumber was not aligned). While trying to align it they put a big scratch in it. They were willing to fix it but I didn't trust them to do the work properl was not aligned). While trying to align it they put a big scratch in it. They were willing to fix it but I didn't trust them to do the work properly and paid out of pocket to get the bumber repainted. Also, they promise to give $100 for referalls however when I bought my truck 40K LTZ they would not give any money to the individual who referred me even after several requests. It seems that Portsmouth Chevrolet only cares about making an initial sale and does not consider return customers. More
