I was very happy with the condition of the truck; it was so as it appeared in their website advertisement. I find it very helpful when dealers provide a free CarFax report I can see the entire history of the truck. They posted 31 photos of the truck on their website. Very good quality closeups of both the exterior and interior In less than three hours from my pulling into their parking lot, I was driving home in my new truck. The financing process was quick but thorough, allowing me to review all the documents several times. They offered both maintenance and extended warranty packages. While I declined, I did not feel any pressure in them offering me options to protect my purchase. I highly recommend Portsmouth Chevrolet. If their staff and service is any indication of the quality of Key Auto Group, I would not hesitate to shop at any of their locations. More
