The service dept never listened to what we had to say. They did what they wanted because they knew it was an easy sale. We told them about everything and asked for new parts at the beginning. We got a used radio that was registered to someone else when we tried to reconnect SiriusXM- that’s how we found out it was used. Then to top it off they had to bring in a GM rep to “properly” diagnose the radio issue. It wasn’t written in the report sheet as an issue from the accident it just stated short. Fortunately I recorded the conversation with the service rep because that is how we found out the issue was from the accident because he stated so. The tires weren’t fixed as they were supposed to be. The front license plate wasn’t fixed. The only thing they did do is the oil change. Oh and when the service rep heard again that the payment he received from insurance was for a vandalism claim not the original claim his facial expression said it all. Oh and we were told they didn’t deal with insurance yet insurance adjuster and the rep had frequent conversations. More
