Lease buyout was in 2019, have had multiple warranty issues where Portsmouth Chevy has to approve work to be done at my local dealership as lied to when purchased the vehicle through them and suddenly Jeff must need service work through his dealership so now he won’t do the right thing and let my local dealer fix it. 39.2 miles away has to be 40. Jeff also refused to talk to me on the phone and has yet to call me back. Customer service is 💩💩💩
