I was late for my wife’s chemo appointment and the person I dropped my car off with just took my keys and called me on the road so we could make it in time. No questions asked she just did what we needed t I dropped my car off with just took my keys and called me on the road so we could make it in time. No questions asked she just did what we needed to do to help us get the trucks serviced and get to our appointment. I really can’t thank her enough for all of her help. She was wonderful. Every once in a while, somebody does something small/ really kind just at the right moment and it really makes a difference. More

I own a 2020 C8 Corvette. I bought it at MacMulkin. For some reason, I thought that they would perform better service on my Corvette, than other dealers Because they sell so m I bought it at MacMulkin. For some reason, I thought that they would perform better service on my Corvette, than other dealers Because they sell so many. Boy was I wrong. The service at Portsmouth Chevrolet on my Corvette was second to none. The people were so friendly, courteous, kind and efficient. Kevin Took the time to talk to me about my car and answer any questions that I might have. I had my annual oil change and state inspection done And the total invoice was less than their estimate. I will only take my Corvette to this dealer from now on. More

It is incomprehensible that we would receive a request to review, obviously BOT generated, our recent service at Portsmouth Chevrolet. Yet it is consistent, as they obviously do not care about us. We purchased, and have had our vehicle serviced exclusively at Portsmouth Chevrolet, over the last four years plus. During this time we have battled an ongoing issue with battery drain, which has progressively grown worse. Four batteries replaced in increasingly shorter durations. Our latest service visits (s) focused on this issue. Those last visits were very unsatisfactory: My Wife and I, with one exception, were treated condescendingly. "Drive an hour a day, and get a trickle charger". Appointments made face to face with a service advisor were not recorded. Thus when we arrived for the agreed upon date and time, there was no record of our appointment. They did fit us in. The drain issue was not found, and that in the dealerships mind, seemed to lead to a dismissal our concerns. I believe it categorized us a "cranks", or just old. Having gray hair is not advised. Our decorum never deviated from quiet, sincere concern. Subsequently we resorted to a non Chevrolet automotive service, which confirmed there was a parasitic draw. After costly analysis and testing, they could not resolve the issue. Thus we still have the burden. AAA dead battery calls. When my wife inquired about our 9 month old AC Delco gold battery's warranty, she was told there was not a warranty, because the failure was an "act of god". A formal complaint was placed by Chevrolet on our behalf to this dealership, was never acknowledged. Case # 9-14973686960. There is more, but again I am wasting valuable time. More
