First itnwas 199$ to tpuch my truck with a scan tool. They quoted me 1875$ for 2 NOX sensors and a MAF. Parts are about 475. So 1400 in labor for pretty much 2 O2 sensors and a MAF. The truck has 72k and zero rust. They would have come out cold. That being said, i needed an alignment and inspection while it was there. Alignment 150$ (not bad). Well they forgot to tighten the cam bolts down so the alignment was out by the time I got home and the driver side was all toed out. Mind you a 30 minute ride on my brand new tires. The inspection was free, but the light bulb over the plate was 30$. I will never go back there. Horrible experience, place has become a ripoff. If the service was at least performed I wouldnt be so angry. Gettingncharged an arm and a leg for not even mediocre service... what a joke. Next time all I need is the scan tool since small businesses can't purchase Chevys proprietary software and most scan tools toss "generic codes" at best. Way to go Chevy... More
I bought a Tahoe about 6 weeks ago, the sale went great. But when I went to pick up the vehicle I was told there was only one key. I never asked if there was two as I just assumed a two year old vehicle wou But when I went to pick up the vehicle I was told there was only one key. I never asked if there was two as I just assumed a two year old vehicle would have both keys. I was told they would reach out to the previous owner and see if they had it. My finance and I both drive the vehicle so two keys is important to me. I was also told someone would let me know either way. I haven’t heard anything since. When I got home with the vehicle I noticed the inspection sticker was only good for 60 days. After reading the paperwork that was left on the seat I realized it didn’t pass for emissions. I brushed it off until two days later the check engine light came on. My assumption is the code was cleared before the inspection so that no one had to tell me there was an issue. The issue is covered under warranty, but requires a few hours in the shop. I would have waited to pick up the vehicle until this was done if I knew as I have an infant and it’s difficult to spend multiple hours in a waiting room. No one mentioned anything about the 60 day sticker or the previous check engine light. Overall just feeling very frustrated with the lack of communication. More

Solved the problem, despite some challenges. I appreciate that they didn’t make their uncertainty my problem. Instead, they handled my issues and planned to resolve their GM warranty question af I appreciate that they didn’t make their uncertainty my problem. Can not fix my vehicle even though they say they do. On drive home same problem occurs. They did a repair I specifically told them not to and charged for it. On drive home same problem occurs. They did a repair I specifically told them not to and charged for it. More
