I have to say that I have received the best customer service from Ralph D'Angelo. He has always stayed intouch with me thru all the issues I have had with my car, no matter how frustrated I have been he service from Ralph D'Angelo. He has always stayed intouch with me thru all the issues I have had with my car, no matter how frustrated I have been he has always e-mailed me to see how I my car is and it feels nice to walk into the dealer ship and have Ralph reconize me and not ignore me like I have been in the past at other dealer ships. I am very happy to say that this is the first dealership to make me feel like a customer should feel. Dave in the service department has also been extremly pleasant with me when I got frustrated with my car and it problems it has had since I got it. Dave has gone above and beyond to make me feel like he understands me and to reassure me that the problem will get fixed no matter what. I bought a car from these guys while living in CT...took the bus to Portland, Scott picked me up in the car. We spent as long as we wanted to going over the car, and Scott was very helpful and knowledgable the bus to Portland, Scott picked me up in the car. We spent as long as we wanted to going over the car, and Scott was very helpful and knowledgable. Then we went to Josh to finalize the deal. Josh was straightforward and explained everything to us. In less then 15 minutes we were back on the road with our new car and a full tank of gas. It was the best of my 3 out of state car buying experiences I've had.
