Rude Customer Service I came here to purchase my first car. I made an appointment with two weeks in advance with a girl named Brianne; however, when I arrived, she was busy I came here to purchase my first car. I looked into the Ford Fusion 2020, and once we got into the financing area, the girl who did help me, Selena, pulled out a 4 square paper. Which you should never start a negotiation with, by the way!! I asked for a full article showing everything being in my total price. In the end, I decided I did not want to take the car, so my mom and I got up and started to walk out. While we were on my way out the manager, Deepak Matharu, started to negotiate with me as well. He was very pushy and a little too persistent from my point of view. I kept saying no and in the end, he proceeds to say, "You're going to drive home in that car? I wouldn't even put my dog in there!" My car could be a little beat up and have taken a couple of hits BUT THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH IT!! I just wanted a new car. So this ford dealership has got to be one of the most Inadequate dealership in the U.S. took my 2015 Ford Edge sport to this dealership to get an oil leak fixed. They said they fixed it knowing there was Inadequate dealership in the U.S. took my 2015 Ford Edge sport to this dealership to get an oil leak fixed. They said they fixed it knowing there was bulletin out saying there was a problem with the oil pan it self or the block. Less than 2k miles later it happened again. But now they can’t help me. They are unable to provide a loaner car. And told me I was xxxx out of luck. Call the Ford customer care line and they’re no help at all either. Idk what I’m going to do. They aren’t leaving me with any opinions. My recommendation is not to buy a Ford. They’ll just screw you over when it benefits them!!!!! No customer service what so ever. More

Don't go here unless you want false promises and teased!! Just left the Porterville Ford dealership from returning a vehicle back to them! My parents were there on Monday trading in a vehicle to purchase a ne Just left the Porterville Ford dealership from returning a vehicle back to them! My parents were there on Monday trading in a vehicle to purchase a new one. They found a vehicle they loved, a 2015 Toyota Sienna van. After working with the dealership after a while they came to an agreement of taking and paying off my parent's trade and settling on an APR and term that met the monthly payment my parents could afford. Of course after going to finance department they always tack on extras here and there ultimately making the payment a little more than what they were wanting, but that goes along with any dealership. However, my parents were told that the dealership was too busy that night to get the final approval from the bank but that it shouldn't be a problem to get it finalized at what they all agreed upon. They took my parents trade, my parents signed a contract and was given the van to take home. My father is Filipino and came here as a teenager and still has trouble understanding things. However, anyone, regardless of how well they understand things or not would assume that after signing a binding contract and being told there shouldn't be any problems, this is what we can get you, so go ahead and take the vehicle, would assume that everything is going to work out right?! WRONG!!! 4 days later they get a call that they got the financing finalized and it's at even better. Guess what that even better was?! A higher APR, a lesser term, and a HIGHER MONTHLY PAYMENT!!! Yea yea, I understand in the long run they might be paying lesser because it's a shorter term but for those of us that live paycheck to paycheck, a higher monthly payment then what was promised doesn't seem like it's a better deal to me! I also understand that by law this whole method of giving customers the vehicle and seller can possibly take vehicle back and cancel sale is not against the law to some dealerships, and for sure this specific dealership, it's A-OKAY! In most cases, these things work out they told me. Well yea but not in all cases right? So it's ok for you to tell customers this is what we can promise you, this should work out no problem, and now all you have to do is pay $75 more or you can give us car back after you've had it for a few days, after you've fallen in love with it, after you've shown all your friends and family your new vehicle, it's ok because it's not against the law. I think that's complete bull! It's not against law but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth! It makes the people who have to return the vehicle feel like xxxx! It's such a tease and should not be practiced! A vehicle shouldn't be given to them until everything is finalized, set in stone! This is the second time something like this has happened to my parents but luckily enough the first time, that dealership was willing to work with my parents and lower the vehicle price enough to accommodate the payment they all agreed upon. Porterville Ford said they couldn't do anything more and literally left us sitting for over an hour to have my mom sign papers to return the vehicle. All in all, I think the whole situation was handled poorly. If you make a promise as a business, you should keep it, and not get your customers hopes up on a maybe. And if what you promise falls through, you should do everything in your power to fix it or maneuver it to work out for the customer. Stay far away from this dealership if you don't want to deal with shady false promises!! More

The first time for s routine OC they got paint over spray on my truck because they were spray painting engine parts in their service area; the second time again a routine OC and now there is a broken USB port broken, and then after that my a/c controls begin to have problems; next time routine OC and now the a/c controls a broke again!!! Come On! I'm warning everyone about their " bring you back" garbage repair service department! More
