Rude Customer Service I came here to purchase my first car. I made an appointment with two weeks in advance with a girl named Brianne; however, when I arrived, she was busy I came here to purchase my first car. I looked into the Ford Fusion 2020, and once we got into the financing area, the girl who did help me, Selena, pulled out a 4 square paper. Which you should never start a negotiation with, by the way!! I asked for a full article showing everything being in my total price. In the end, I decided I did not want to take the car, so my mom and I got up and started to walk out. While we were on my way out the manager, Deepak Matharu, started to negotiate with me as well. He was very pushy and a little too persistent from my point of view. I kept saying no and in the end, he proceeds to say, "You're going to drive home in that car? I wouldn't even put my dog in there!" My car could be a little beat up and have taken a couple of hits BUT THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH IT!! I just wanted a new car. I hope you're reading this and realize how rude you were to me. I'm just too nice to fight back. More

So this ford dealership has got to be one of the most Inadequate dealership in the U.S. took my 2015 Ford Edge sport to this dealership to get an oil leak fixed. They said they fixed it knowing there was Inadequate dealership in the U.S. took my 2015 Ford Edge sport to this dealership to get an oil leak fixed. They said they fixed it knowing there was bulletin out saying there was a problem with the oil pan it self or the block. Less than 2k miles later it happened again. But now they can’t help me. They are unable to provide a loaner car. And told me I was xxxx out of luck. Call the Ford customer care line and they’re no help at all either. Idk what I’m going to do. They aren’t leaving me with any opinions. My recommendation is not to buy a Ford. They’ll just screw you over when it benefits them!!!!! No customer service what so ever. More
