Ivan has had my car for 5 days. It’s an oil change and diagnostic test done. As of day 3, no oil change done and no explanation for why the engine light is on. Why not call and communicate with the customer either the inability to find something wrong, do what you can do like change the oil, and suggest the customer take it to someone who can service it? No communication for 5 days. I have to call. If busy, why not tell the customer to bring in on a specific date for service? Why not call the customer and say we can’t determine what’s going on and don’t want to hold onto your car longer than necessary? Why not communicate something? How is this place so busy that they can’t communicate with their customers but they have to be closed on the weekends because business is so slow? I can’t tell what’s real and what’s xxxxxxxx. What is real, is that you will be without your car for a really long time over an oil change and diagnostic test and no one will call you to tell you what’s going on. Which is xxxxxxxx. I know other dealerships are busy right now but at least they have staff who communicate with the clients. More
