Not impressed My visit started with the person questioning whether I had an appointment. I had previously had a tire repaired here, but on my next two oil changes t My visit started with the person questioning whether I had an appointment. I had previously had a tire repaired here, but on my next two oil changes the lug socket could not be found. Before my third visit it was discovered that the tech had previously put it by the jack. On this trip it was suggested that a software update would fix a warning that was supposed to have been fixed on my previous visit, however I was surprised to find out there is a charge for this. In the last 5 years I have never been charged for a software update from any company. Finally, for some reason my wife gets calls about my vehicle and I get calls about her vehicle despite trying to get this information changed each time. More

doing extra I went in for a oil change. I had 2 tires that were going low and asked to have them checked. Both tires had a screw imbedded and the dealership fix I went in for a oil change. I had 2 tires that were going low and asked to have them checked. Both tires had a screw imbedded and the dealership fixed both tires for me. While bringing my Jeep back around when complete, the check engine light came on. The took and hooked my Jeep up and found out that a sensor switch had come loose. They fixed the issue and then had to redownload all of the electronics. This was all done free of charge. Since the sensor that they fixed was not anywhere near the area they were working in it was by chance it went out at that time. They could have charged me for the additional work, but did not as they were concerned I would not return. By doing this they now have my business for as long as they are in business. More

Best experience I have ever had at a Ford dealership and I have bought and operated at least 8-10 Ford Trucks and Vans in the eastern part of the country prior to our move to Wisconsin. Don't listen to females or younger males Bought a 2011 gmc Acadia and less than a week of having it the battery died. So they replaced the battery but then the next night my fiance and our 2 year old got stuck at wal mart and the next day we called them and explained to them what happened. We had to get the vehicle towed which they tried to make us pay for (mind you its still less than a week since I bought the car). When we got there I (the female) explained to them it sounded like the alternator. It took 3 or 4 days to figure out what was going on. They told us that they changed the alternator. We had the car back for four days and it died again. So we called them and took it back and they had the car for another 4 or 5 days and when we called on the 3 or 4 day they had just started to look at it. Then when they finally called us to pick it up we found out they lied to us the second time they had my car and never changed the alternator. So the third time they finally listened because my fiance (the male) told them he thought it was the alternator. It still isn't 100 percent fixed. I will never buy a car from here again and I am going to take it to my mechanic and get it fixed right. More

Outstanding unscheduled service My wife and I were driving from Joliet, IL to Waupaca when we experienced a flat tire on our Ford Fusion about a half mile south of the I-90/94 and I- My wife and I were driving from Joliet, IL to Waupaca when we experienced a flat tire on our Ford Fusion about a half mile south of the I-90/94 and I-39 split. After having the flat changed by emergency road side assistance and based on their recommendation, we drove to Portage to try and purchase a new tire as we were driving on a doughnut and couldn't possibly go all the way to Waupaca safely on it. After being told by two other businesses that they didn't have our tire size in stock, we pulled into Portage Ford CDJR's service center around 3:00 p.m. They had one tire our size left in stock and it was reserved for a commercial vehicle the next day. However the manager said that they could order another one for next day delivery and we could have the tire that was reserved for the other customer. So they pulled us in, balanced and mounted the new tire, and we were on our way by about 3:40. Words cannot express how grateful we were for this outstanding customer service as our only other option would have been to stay overnight in Portage and get a new tire the next day. Hats off to Dave and his wonderful service staff. More
