Frustrating experience for warranty work This is the second time I've needed warranty work for my Jeep. The first time it took trips to get it fixed properly. Having been through this once, I This is the second time I've needed warranty work for my Jeep. The first time it took trips to get it fixed properly. Having been through this once, I asked to skip the easy fix and get the work done correctly so I don't have to come back again. I explained this when I made the appointment and upon check in. The whistling noise isn't constant, I shared that as well. So with two bad door gaskets, I have heard rationalizations. Wind noise is common is what I've been told repeatedly. My complaint is a whistle. Respect what the customer is describing, stop trying to discount. Also the check in process takes far too long. If an appointment is made in advance, it should not take 10 to 15 minutes to take car keys. If this adjustment does not work, I'm seriously considering trading this in for something at another dealership or another brand entirely. I'm just disappointed with the entire experience. More
