Good response to my emergency Stupid accident! Dropped cell phone on entryway to interstate and lunged for it, causing car to hit guardrail a glancing blow. Broke right tie-rod. Stupid accident! They squeezed me in, but no tie-rod was available. This was a Fri afternoon. They found one for arrival Sat morning, but shop was booked solid. Got to it somehow and got me on the road by 2:00 p.m. I live in Ohio and this happened in Wisconsin. Great effort by shop, and very much appreciated. Thanks. More

I have complete trust in the men an women of the Service Department and those members who chose to be retained are especially dear to me. “B J” is my personal favorite and I know his work and efforts will allow me to maintain our two Chrysler products for many more serviceable years. The fees, charges, etc. are in line with what I feel are reasonable and the Dealership’s pride is evident with the service work I have received. My vehicles as well as myself are treated with the utmost respect and I will state that I am a satisfied customer.
