I needed a door trim piece replaced. Was directed to Parts Dept who had the piece that I needed. Was redirected to service who set up a timely appointment. I waited over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I askes to have a vibration checked out and that apparently never happened. I was never told when my truck was done.
