I had an emergency blowout on the freeway. They said they would give me a tire when I got there. Nobody had gone and got the tire. I had an unusual situation of battery dead in a driveway. I called Mark, he helped me through the getting it charged and taken to the repair shop where it was handled immediately even after 4:30.
