This dealership is very good at meeting your needs. The mechanic that did my alignment and new tires took the time to come out to the waiting room and explain what he did. I took my car into the dealer to have my AC looked at, they would charge it and tell me if I pay around $800 they would keep the coolant in. I said no, since it is under warranty, So instead of charging i they would charge it and tell me if I pay around $800 they would keep the coolant in. I said no, since it is under warranty, So instead of charging it and driving it around to see where the leak was they would drain the coolant and tell me there was no leaks the 2nd time they charged me $241, on the 3rd time I brought it in after complaining to the Maintenance manager, they finally charged it and let me drive it for 24 hours, sure enough the next day they said they saw the leak. So they finally fixed it a month later. The at least didn't charge me the deductible of $100. But I'm still out the $141. I will not take my car there again. More
