Everyone has been kind and courteous. They are on time to take my vehicle in and work is completed in the time frame that they give me. I always forget about the Ford rewards when getting signed in. Would be nice if they could put that in their notes so that when I check in the points could get used. I realize they can't know I have a rewards card unless I tell them. It has been a great dealer to work with. They reminded me of a recall and that was taken care of because I had forgotten about that. Glad they caught that. More

Went in to ask when was the quickest I could get in to do an oil change. They were able to get my car in right then. Did a great job and was very quick.
