Everything was fine until i met dale who slapped the options of payments in front of me which all Options included the extended warranty, I said I don’t want what your offering and he said the lender w options of payments in front of me which all Options included the extended warranty, I said I don’t want what your offering and he said the lender wants me to get it and he needs to call them at 8pm To make sure it’s ok to not get the warranty, lol 😂 I was like rolling because I too was in sales and he was tryin everything to close the deal with that warranty, you guys must make a nice kickback on the amount of those you sell Monthly or quarterly, I won’t be recommending this dealership to anyone because that was not professional and especially it was at 8pm when everyone was ready to go home, he was really irritated when I said no warranty and he caused me undo stress by trying to pressure me and lying on top of that, everything was great until your finance guy almost ruined the deal with his tactics, he needs retraining. More
