I’m recently diagnosed with a degenerative disorder and was looking for something more conducive to my upcoming needs. The experience started off a little rough, some miscommunication between a sales person and me. I wasn’t sure this was the dealership for me… enter Kahlen and Jay. When I tell you they turned this experience around and left me in awe of their empathy and compassion! It went from feeling like I was with salespeople to being among good folks that wanted to help make me comfortable in the difficult days to come.
