The staff was great; very courteous and polite but there were issues which will make me not inclined to returned. First, I usually pay about $70 for "The Works" oil change. Portage Ford charged me $103. were issues which will make me not inclined to returned. First, I usually pay about $70 for "The Works" oil change. Portage Ford charged me $103. Second, a 3.5% surcharge for using a credit card? Sorry, not a good thing. I won't pay it. I have to believe I am not alone on this. More

Sales went smooth for the most part. Financing was a different story. Dale seemed to struggle at first to get me the lender, term and rate for the auto loan.
