Worst auto experience of my life. Bought my Renegade there. Was involved in a front end collision. Going on 4 months a simple wiring harness is on back order....no turn signal or fog l Bought my Renegade there. Was involved in a front end collision. Going on 4 months a simple wiring harness is on back order....no turn signal or fog lamp. Screen for back up camera went out as well. Unable to control heat, radio, etc. Brought it in to service here. First time they forgot to have a loaner car for me. Had to go home and reschedule. I live 30 minutes away. Total waste of my time. Not even a sorry. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. I reachedule for the repairs as well as undercoating which hasn't been done yet. They tell me 2 days for repairs. They give me a loaner car with COURTESY OF PORTAGE FORD plastered all over it...really? Felt like I was driving a clown car. I wait on the 2nd day for a phone call. No phone call.....I call them at 4 o'clock and they tell me they are going to need another day...to CALL CORPORATE ABOUT THE RADIO" What? I just want me vehicle back and shouldn't have to wait 3 days for undercoating and a replacement screen. On the 3rd day, I still didn't get a call. I had to call them again only to be told that I can come pick it up, its done. I went and picked it up. I was told that the wiring harness is on back order and that I should just wait for it. The screen was fixed and suv was undercoated. I drive into the parking lot and put it into reverse and no back up camera. I drive back in and they kinda shrug their shoulders and say they'll have to synch the radio. I questioned why someone hadn't checked the work after doing it to make sure it worked. I got shrugged shoulders and staring at their computer screens. 40 minutes later. I drove out. I did explain to them that this was ridiculas. I got pretty much no reaction. No appologies....no nothing. On the way home I realize they have not reconnected the satelite radio. I will never buy a jeep again. I will never use Portage Ford again. I will tell anyone that will listen not to use Portage Ford. It wasnt just the obvious shoddy service work. It was the total lack of customer service there. More
