Very Positive Experience We walked into the Portage dealership at the very beginning of our search. The Sales staff that we talked with ended up showing us several vehicles that day, hoping that they could help us find what we were looking for. In the end the last vehicle that they found we ended up purchasing. Knowledgeable, patient, eager to answer questions and they were very friendly, helpful and went beyond what they had to in order to give us a positive outcome. Long wait, but quality work I would rate as average, but where things fell short they made up other places. My vehicle was in for almost 3 months for an engine replacement. Main wait time was just to get the vehicle in to be looked at due to not having the techs for the workload the service department has. Once the vehicle was in, the work took about as long as expected. When I drove it away when it was completed I only had a couple minor concerns that were addressed right away. Overall the quality of work was great. As for the customer service, overall it was good. The staff was always friendly when I called for updates. Also, they provided a loaner vehicle for the almost 3 months, which was a life saver. More
