Lengthy but thankful I arrived in Portage on a Friday afternoon about 3 from out of state (7hour drive) and my van was loosing antifreeze. After having family look it over they called and got me in on Saturday. Once I arrived the guy told me he didn’t think he could get me in but would talk to his technician. They got me in. Almost 5 long hours of sitting there waiting it was finally done. Yes I’m upset I had to wait that long but thankful to get in on such short notice and from being out of state. Drove home on Sunday with no problems. The technician even wrote out what was fixed and what else needed to be fixed in the future so my husband knew. More
