I did not receive any rebates or 0% financing. I don’t think this was the dealers fault but I am very disappointed in that. More

Great experience I've been to 3 dealerships looking at vehicles. First one was when I bought my car, that dealership didn't have nearly as nice of people. The 2nd one I've been to 3 dealerships looking at vehicles. First one was when I bought my car, that dealership didn't have nearly as nice of people. The 2nd one they didn't value my car at a decent price when I was looking at trading in, and finally the 3rd which was Portage Ford, everyone there was very nice, they helped me pick out the perfect vehicle, and they were very helpful showing me everything about it. (Sadly they didn't have the code for the door, but everything else was fantastic) More

Lacking in accuracy Oil change and tire rotation service: when I received the report on my vehicle the handwritten notes for tire pressure stated 36 psi. This was imme Oil change and tire rotation service: when I received the report on my vehicle the handwritten notes for tire pressure stated 36 psi. This was immediately odd to me, as the truck has always read 50 psi. The tech was called out to the receiving area to take another measurement. Resule was the actual pressure was 50 psi. I was informed the tech likely is so used to writing 36 psi that he simply wrote the same out of habit. This calls to question as to whether it was checked in the first place. Moreover, it makes the integrity of the entire report questionable. I subsequently the price of the service, which was substantially lower than my prior service at the same location, when I paid for full synthetic. At the time of that service, I was advised the moco recommends full synthetic for my ecoboost, which I approved of, as I use full synthetic in all my engines. Instead, I received a sythetic blend. I receieved the fluid I paid for, but I did not spot the difference on the pre service paperwork, nor was I asked of my preference. My general assumption is that prior history should play some role in the pre service interview. 10 miles from the dealership, I discovered my lug lock was placed arbitrarily in the center console. I had left it glove bix, wrapped in a way to prevent it from rattling around. The wrapping was nowhere to be found. Arriving at my home, I opened the hood to discover fluids were spilled around the fill bung. I keep my motors clean and free of fluids at all times. My general expectation is my prooerty would be treated with the same reasonable care that I would apply. My expectations were not met. I am tooled to complete my own maintenance service. I have taken this new truck to the dealership for service with the expectation they will identify and inform me of any potential issues that need addressing. I have a recall service scheduled with this dealership in the near future. Once completed, I believe I will be handling the service myself, else seeking other providers. More

It was pretty good Veh.seems to be in good condition. Brandon is a good salesman he had to wash the veh. Himself!☺ And ordered a new rear wiper that was broken.
