My buying experience was not great. Lots of miscommunication between staff. I was told my vehicle had an option it turned out not to have. I was told installation of remote start was in Lots of miscommunication between staff. I was told my vehicle had an option it turned out not to have. I was told installation of remote start was included and the vehicle was the driven to another vendor for this, adding miles and using fuel. There was a tremendous amoint of changing plans to schedule this installation, which I was led to believe was being done at the dealership. i was notngiven any informsrion about features or equipment on my vehicle.
