Everyone was great at Portage Ford. The only complaint that I could even have was due to the necessary paperwork. I’m impatient and it just seems to take a long time to finalize everything. Appointment was to last one hour. At the end of one hour they hadn't even started. Was there over 2 and 1/2 hrs. When I asked for reparations expecting a free oil change or car wash sales manager got rude. they hadn't even started. Was there over 2 and 1/2 hrs.
