My wife found a truck (2022 F350) at Port Orchard Ford that listed as used with 55 miles on it for just a little less than $78,000. She then texted Sabrina Sikes. My wife was told that the truck was at their sister dealership in Shelton. Sabrina said they (Port Orchard Ford) would have the truck delivered to Port Orchard tomorrow (January 14th) and we made an appointment for noon to buy the truck. Sabrina did not say there was a possibility that the truck would be sold prior to our appointment. If she had said that, we would not have made the appointment. We live in Edmonds and the fastest and most direct route to Port Orchard Ford is the state ferry. We took the 8:50 ferry (due to traffic concerns) from Edmonds. The ferry system was down to one smaller boat instead of two due to damage to one of the boats. We arrived in Kingston at approximately 9:20 and started driving to Port Orchard. At approximately 9:51 my wife received a call from 360-529-3605. My wife let the call go to voicemail as she did not recognize the number. She then received a text message that read: "Hello Cheri, This is Patrick Johnson Sales Manager with Port Orchard Ford. Just a heads up the 2022 F-350 you were interested in did sell. We do have a couple more that are available". (The text did not say when or where the truck was sold). We saved the text message. We called Patrick back and he was somewhat apologetic and he said he knew we were coming from a distance and he tried to give us a heads up to cancel. He then said the closest he could offer us on another truck was a 2021 F350 with 20,000 miles for $74,000. I told him no thanks and we would never deal with his dealership again. We are out $43.85 in ferry fees, fuel and a full half day of our time. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I picked up my brand new Mustang Mach-E GT Performance from my car guy at the dealership in Sumner (This is purchase #12 from Clay - He is amazing!). On my way home it was super cold outside and I wasn't able to get the heat to work. After calling Clay he recommending bringing it in to the dealership. I live in Port Orchard and the next morning I took my Mach-E to Bruce Titus Port Orchard Ford. The service manager Brenda took the time to listen to what I was describing was wrong with the car. She had her tech make time to look over it even though they were pretty booked up. I didn't mind waiting since they made me feel so welcome. After a couple hours they were pretty sure it needed a part that was sadly on back order. Although it took some time since they had to order additional parts and of course wait to hear from Ford on what to try next, the level of customer service and communication I received was AMAZING. Brenda personally followed up every few days to keep me updated knowing that all I really wanted was to drive my brand new car and keep warm. The car ended up needing a couple different parts but it was fixed and fixed right the first time. If I could leave Brenda and her team more than 5 stars I would!! More

My medically fragile mom has a 2017 escape 1. 5l had a short block put in at 49k miles had oil consumption issues and codes for vct issues less than 6k miles later, dealer replaced vcts after 2 vi 5l had a short block put in at 49k miles had oil consumption issues and codes for vct issues less than 6k miles later, dealer replaced vcts after 2 visits but didn’t do oil consumption test or notate low oil even though it was brought to the writers attention and mine by multiple techs seeing as I was working there at the time. She has had to add 3qts+ (it’s a 4.3qt system) in between every oil change, which the service manager is saying is normal consumption for ford engines, and had multiple issues with plugs fouling and vct codes due to starved top end. Now less that 30k later they finally do an oil consumption test and found the engine has oil intrusion on cylinder 1 and they are not covering it because it’s out of warranty due to them putting it off and not notating. The service manager is blaming my mom for not checking over her paperwork to see if there was oil consumption notated even though she does not know how to read a repair order. She has been left for the past year and a half with an unreliable car that is unable to safely get her back and forth to her very important appointments. It has been in their shop over 5 times for the same issues and they are refusing to do anything about it. More

I purchased a brand new SUV and shortly after purchasing with just 500 miles driven on the car I found damage on the roof that clearly was from the car carrier delivery truck. There was a huge dent with paint rubbed off down to the bare metal that I could not see on the date of purchase until I was at home and I was standing on a curb high enough to look onto the roof. When I told the dealer of the damage they looked at it and told me they would not do anything to help me in anyway. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer! They might say they are there to help you, but as soon as you buy something from them they will not care about you whatsoever. More
