Hope I got a good deal on used truck. Treated very nice until sale took place. Needed to leave for insurance and bank. Didn't want to drive loaner after reading I was responsible for gas if I drove over 50 miles...just home and back over 60. Then I questioned using my insurance with $1,000 deductible, I drove my trade in rather than loaner. Dealership should have called me when they knew truck not ready. I even called them to say I was stuck in traffic.. should have told me to turn around...wasted hours. More

Me and my wife were comfortable during the whole process which at a dealership can be hard to accomplish given the stigma and unfortunate practices adopted by some dealerships that try to persuade you to buy a car you are not completely interested in. During the negotiations of the purchase he didn't scoff at what we were offering or grudgingly drag his feet to the finance manager for approval. In the end I didn't feel cheated and a huge part of that was the way Marshall presented himself in a professional manner. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy! More
