They put the car on jack stands to change the oil, and had me in and out in less than 40 minutes. That's going above the normal. Most dealerships would have waited until power was back on. Excellent staff! Everyone from sales staff to the service technicians greet you by name. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I've never had a bad experience in over 5 years of being a customer at Bruce Titus Ford. More
