I was given an estimated delivery time between 3-4 months, and my vehicle arrived just short of 3 months, which was perfect. I appreciated the build update emails that I received from Ford, which were always followed up by the Port Orchard Ford team. Overall, communications about my new vehicle were excellent. Upon delivery, a comprehensive post-delivery inspection (PDI) was performed on my vehicle. My vehicle was washed, cleaned, and filled with gas. Mike Allen walked me through the various new features for the tech inside my vehicle, which was a blessing. I attribute my overall overwhelmingly positive satisfaction for this purchase to the professionalism and quality of the Ford build team and for the outstanding support and communication provided by Marshall and Mike from the Port Orchard Sales team.
