My family returned back to Titus Ford because of Gary Lowery who sold me my son’s first Car. The professionalism continued with Tony Rodriguez because Gary was off the day I came in to test drive a use Lowery who sold me my son’s first Car. The professionalism continued with Tony Rodriguez because Gary was off the day I came in to test drive a used truck, but ended up buying a brand new 2019 Ford Ranger because of Tony Rodriguez listening and not pressuring the sale but to understand exact what I wanted and allowing me and the wife to talk about our decision to go forth with new vehicle and answering questions without pushing the salad. The same reasoning I returned and specifically ask for Gary , but Tony represented himself and Gary and Titus Ford. I have been shopping for a while and asked new truck owners where and who they worked with 90% recommend Titus Ford and Gary as they sales person to work with. Tony and Gary earned my and the wife Trust and confidence and Titus Ford professionalism. We will return back to Titus Ford for future purchase of cars. More

Only reason I even considered returning to this dealership was the salesman, who was actually fantastic. We did not settle on a new vehicle, which I originally came for, but eventually a used one that is very much to my liking. With the sales personnel, except that particular manager, all dealings was knowledgeble and professional and especially helpfull. More
