We had a wonderful experience with Ty. He went above and beyond. The car mat had a huge hole so he found us new car mats. We notice a chip in the windshield and he ensured that it was taken care off. Brian was easy to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was by far, the highlight of the whole buying experience. I do think the dealer nit picks And his supervisor didn’t give us much of a bre vehicle. He was by far, the highlight of the whole buying experience. I do think the dealer nit picks And his supervisor didn’t give us much of a break on price while the finance lady tried to sell us extras we don’t need. It would have been nice to have a full tank of gas and not have to stop for gas on my way home. But it’s a great vehicle and We are happy with it so far. More

We knew what we wanted for the most part. But put off going in because we really didn’t want to be hassled by a salesperson. decided to do it and we are glad we did. We were greeted by Ty, who was frie going in because we really didn’t want to be hassled by a salesperson. decided to do it and we are glad we did. We were greeted by Ty, who was friendly and down to earth. He listened to what I wanted and provided the exact vehicle. Poor guy...I ended up not wanting that one and had him going from lot to lot. All the while, he was courteous and funny. He found the one I wanted. From test drive to signing paperwork, Ty was so easy to talk with and made buying a new SUV stress free! The dealership in whole while we were there, was a great atmosphere as well. We talked with other salespersons and again, it was an easy going feel. We are pleased with our choice to purchase from our local Ford dealership and to have an incredible salesperson like Ty! Thank you!! More
