If I knew it was going to be TAPCO I never would have even bought the vehicle as I prefer to only do business with Lenders I am familiar with. Visit was great!! Josh was very helpful! I didn't have an appointment when I stopped in, but I stopped anyways just to see if I could have something taken a look at. I was told that in fact I did need an app appointment when I stopped in, but I stopped anyways just to see if I could have something taken a look at. I was told that in fact I did need an appointment but they would get me in as soon as they could. I didn't mind making the appointment but after explaining to Josh my concerns about my engine he said, "ok, I really want to make sure we get that looked at right away!" He asked if I had some time to hang out and see if he could get someone to take a look and he did! He had my car checked out and serviced shortly after.
