Saturday Aug 17, 2024 we showed up with check in our hands and ready to take the truck home since we waited about 10 weeks. Upon arriving the truck was park far from the pick up area. We wanted to see it but the salesman was hesitant, but since I was persistent we are able to view the truck without the key, therefore you can only see the outside. He did not even acknowledged us if everything is what we expected. My son, was excited since it's his first truck. We arrived 11:48 they kept us there for 3 hours saying they need to have the truck inspections, blah, blah, we waited then I kept on asking why are waiting for so long. Then the salesman said we need to close the deal and sign on the documents. Without hesitation we did just that. Running about almost 4 hrs of wait. As soon as we signed the deal. We are excited to receive the key and check the truck. THEN THE SALESMAN TOLD US BY THE WAY THE TRUCK IS NOT READY BECAUSE YOU'RE CUSTOMIZATION PARTS, WE DON'T HAVE IT AND WE DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO INSTALL THE PARTS. WHY???? did you keep up for almost 4 hrs and let us signed the deal, if the TRUCK WAS NOT READY FOR DELIVERY. We are NOT in a hurry. It was face to face ROBBERY (my son live in Bothell and he will take the ferry to be in Port Orchard it cost money). The MANAGER was not helpful he was playing the victim self pity "we are only human" are you for real ???..ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CALL US.. For my salesman "Marshall" you lost us. Our purchased from them ...first was 2021, then 2024. I was actually looking to get another truck for my husband to upgrade his F-150 to F350. That's WILL never happen to this FORD dealership.The service was beyond disappointment and deceitful practice. More

I made arrangements to have my truck picked up at home for services at the dealer and the driver showed up actually 10 minutes early. I expected the truck to be gone all day, but it was all done by 130 for services at the dealer and the driver showed up actually 10 minutes early. The coupon I planned to use was still in the truck, so I called and talked to Jacob about it and he got it applied to my account within about 10 minutes. So all in all an excellent experience. As an aside, I love that anytime I need a truck wash it's free! More
