Horrible service I waited six weeks to get a truck battery replaced, on a warranty service call. Josh the service writer never would take or return my phone calls (once a week). I literally drove down to the dealership three separate occasions on Saturdays to check the progress. I have bought vehicles here before and had all of my service work done here in the past. I will never do business with this dealership again, and I will not recommend the dealership to any friends or family. They have lost a very good customer. More

Ruben and Tony are great representatives for Port Orchard Ford. I give them a 10! Somewhat disappointed in the vehicle prep team. Needs more attention to detail.
