I purchased a brand new SUV and shortly after purchasing with just 500 miles driven on the car I found damage on the roof that clearly was from the car carrier delivery truck. There was a huge dent with paint rubbed off down to the bare metal that I could not see on the date of purchase until I was at home and I was standing on a curb high enough to look onto the roof. When I told the dealer of the damage they looked at it and told me they would not do anything to help me in anyway. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer! They might say they are there to help you, but as soon as you buy something from them they will not care about you whatsoever. More

We just purchased our 2020 Blazer last week and Kyler was fantastic! He was friendly, honest and great to work with. We viewed the car on Saturday then test drove it on Monday; we were out the door 2 and a fantastic! He was friendly, honest and great to work with. Required an appointment to test drive a vehicle, then sold it to somebody who walked into the dealership off the street minutes prior to my arrival. After traveling by ferry & taking hours out of my day sold it to somebody who walked into the dealership off the street minutes prior to my arrival. After traveling by ferry & taking hours out of my day I felt tricked & betrayed. “Showing vehicle by appointment” means nothing, do not be fooled by the lies & deception. The minimal gesture of paying for my gas was an insult. The 4 hours of my day is worth more than gas money. The tactics displayed by this dealership has left a sore taste in my mouth for all dealerships, I will be more wary in the future when hassling with dealerships. More

Not surprisingly I went through 3 sales contacts during the 11 months my Maverick was on order. Ty was the person helping the final transaction. They sold my co-signer the car without permission, and then when I called him confused about why the car isn’t in my name he told me I have a “psychological hang up” and then said he’d get back to me and never did. We have been working with corporate but they haven’t been entirely helpful either. Buy from anywhere else instead. They also lied about the price of the car- it said 21k it is actually written down on paperwork at 36k More

Josh Rutschman was my service advisor that day and he's proven to be very helpful during my service appointment. He provided an in-depth look at what my car needed as far as service/maintenance. He caught on some maintenance services that were overlooked by the previous dealership that I went to and got everything all up to date that day.
