I scheduled an appointment to get my truck looked at for a possible loose belt, two days later they said that they could not duplicate the problem. My vehicle sat there for two days and they absolutely did a possible loose belt, two days later they said that they could not duplicate the problem. My vehicle sat there for two days and they absolutely did nothing to fix the issue. When I got my vehicle back, I started it up and the belts began to squeak. This is the worst service that I’ve received in the last 10 years. I will never take my vehicle back to this Ford dealership ever again.. More

BEWARE! "it was an outgoing call (not recorded) so I couldn't prove it"...there's much more - over $6000.00 to this dealership on my classic old Ford and I'm already $2000.00 in to repairing/replacing faulty parts that I probably didn't need but trusted their recommendations. so much more, can't get my time or money back but just PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE!!
