Generally I have good experience with this dealer but not this time. I dropped my 2019 frontier with 700 miles off for detailing and waxing to help protect its paint. Upon picking up my truck there were a se this time. I dropped my 2019 frontier with 700 miles off for detailing and waxing to help protect its paint. Upon picking up my truck there were a series of 6 - 7 scratches just below the driver side mirror. I was appalled that I just paid someone to scratch my truck when they were supposed to be protecting it. I spoke to the service manager who said they would buff it out. The problem here is that only thinned the paint in the area and the scratches are still visible. After getting the truck home, I inspected the interior and found two more scratches on the plastic. I have no idea how they could have been so careless on their actions. At the end of the day I paid someone to scratch my brand new truck and I would not recommend this dealer for detail services. They are awful, they destroy my credit, they keep on 21 inquiries for 2 days in a row even tho I already said “No” for not getting a car from them. I don’t recommend this Car Dealership, they’ll suck your inquiries for 2 days in a row even tho I already said “No” for not getting a car from them. We had an outstanding experience at Port City Nissan! Mike made us comfortable and did everything to get us what we needed and even ran insurance quotes for us and we ended up saving $60 a month!! Bought used and was disappointed Purchased a 30k vehicle and had it delivered to my home. That evening I took it for a drive. The car was so out of balance I can’t believe they ever ran it through their shop, regardless the person that delivered it should have known something was up. I contacted the sales man to see how they wanted to handle it and offered for them to pick it up. He said we could drop it off. Instead I called BMW of Stratham and they sent a driver with a loaner. Come to find out all 4 rims were bent and needed straightening. I contacted Port City to see how they wanted to handle it. No response. Three days later I told BMW to repair. I sent the bill to the salesman and asked for reimbursement of the bill. No response. Two weeks go by, no response. I call and ask for the sales manager, I’m told he is with a customer, I leave a message. A sales man calls me (not the manager) and tells me that they will only pay $25 per wheel since “their guy” only charges them that. The bill from BMW was $499. They had their chance to make this right and all they have done is avoid the issue. Not a reputable dealership, I would never purchase anything from them and will broadcast far and wide my displeasure. More
For many months my husband and I have been looking for the perfect Jeep to tow behind our Class B. We finally found it at Port City Nissan in Portsmouth, NH. Not only did we find our vehicle but had a suc the perfect Jeep to tow behind our Class B. We finally found it at Port City Nissan in Portsmouth, NH. Not only did we find our vehicle but had a such a great experience we felt the need to share, so others could benefit from our good fortune. After finding our vehicle Chris Jennings brought the vehicle to our home so they we could drive it over the weekend to see if indeed it was the one we wanted. Chris is very knowledge and answered all of our questions before he left. We were very thankful that it was delivered to us. Monday morning we took it back to the dealership to purchase it. We were immediately greeted at the door from Niko the dog. He was very friendly and quite lovable. From there we met a great group of employees that were friendly, accommodating and helpful. All of our questions were answered, paperwork was done very efficiently and in about an hour we were on our way. This was one of the best car shopping experiences we have ever had. Special thanks to Chris and Brian for a seamless experience and to all the great employees that made us feel welcomed. We will definitely go to Port City for our next car! Thank you!!! More
