Vehicle features listed online weren't actually on the vehicle (to which they're response was "yeah, our website guys don't always know", and, in the days after the sale, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get help with anything! They couldn't respond quick enough before the sale, but after, they handed me off to one another like a hot potato, and emails went unanswered. Would I buy from or recommend Port City Nissan? No Way!! There are much better options out there! On the plus side, I learned some very valuable lessons for my next new car experience. More

We traveled around 120 miles to deal with Port City Nissan. This is our third car we have bought from them. We were a little disappointed when we got there, the car we were interested in had been sold Nissan. This is our third car we have bought from them. We bought a 2020 Rogue and we LOVE it. There was a problem with the paperwork, a small mix up but Dan drove up to us for us to resign the paperwork. We are very happy with Port City Nissan. More

The worst! Salesman named Justin was the classic used car salesman. Dealership is difficult to get in and out of, terrible location.
