Port City Nissan

I have bought 2 cars previously from port city and will only shop at port city Nissan. This weekend we went to just check out my options for trading in my 2018 lease and left Leasing myself a new 2021 Roug only shop at port city Nissan. This weekend we went to just check out my options for trading in my 2018 lease and left Leasing myself a new 2021 Rouge, My husband bought a 2017 Titan and My Daughter Bought her first car a 3 series BMW. I can't say enough about Dan Melican He was wonderful. He worked hard for us and we kept him very busy for 2 days. Dan is kind and understanding and when it came to helping my daughter he was honest with her and made her first experience of car buying a great one. She's very happy and now driving a much newer car and I feel better knowing she is in a safe car that port city will stand behind. I have always had great experiences with the service Dept as well at port city. I need to add that Brian Lehman and Chris Nash went above and beyond to help us as well. We are all very happy with our experience at Port city! I will continue to come here. Great experience over all. We were there for 2 days and we saw how they all worked as a team and how friendly they were to everyone that walked in the door. you can see a lot in 2 days! More

Port city Nissan ruined my first new car buying experience with their deception, dishonesty, greed, and overall questionable business ethics (Forged my signature on documents) Promotions offered on experience with their deception, dishonesty, greed, and overall questionable business ethics (Forged my signature on documents) Promotions offered on their website were all of a sudden "no longer available", despite still being advertised 8 days after my purchase. Vehicle features listed online weren't actually on the vehicle (to which they're response was "yeah, our website guys don't always know", and, in the days after the sale, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get help with anything! They couldn't respond quick enough before the sale, but after, they handed me off to one another like a hot potato, and emails went unanswered. Would I buy from or recommend Port City Nissan? No Way!! There are much better options out there! On the plus side, I learned some very valuable lessons for my next new car experience. More

We traveled around 120 miles to deal with Port City Nissan. This is our third car we have bought from them. We were a little disappointed when we got there, the car we were interested in had been sold Nissan. This is our third car we have bought from them. We bought a 2020 Rogue and we LOVE it. There was a problem with the paperwork, a small mix up but Dan drove up to us for us to resign the paperwork. We are very happy with Port City Nissan. More

The worst! Salesman named Justin was the classic used car salesman. Dealership is difficult to get in and out of, terrible location.
