Richard, I am sorry to hear about your experience with our service department. I inquired about your visit. On the day of your appointment we had a client with the same last name scheduled for a 15,000 mile service on their 2010 Maxima. The service advisor confirmed with your wife that that was her vehicle and the requested service. While she was here for a 15,000 mile oil change and tire rotation as per our maintenance agreement, she did not want the $199.95 service. The result of her visit was, as agreed, a free oil change and tire rotation. The fourth of your free services after the previous three that you performed here all at no charge. I apologize again for the confusion and hope to be of assistance in the future. Phil Walter

This is a follow up to my previous review dated 5/28/2010. I just discovered through the credit union that financed my new auto loan that I DO NOT qualify for a small reduction in my monthly payment as stated by Jeff at Port City Nissan. This dealership needs to get the facts straight before they call a customer making such a false claim. I am not impressed. Also, it was understood before I signed on the dotted line that I would get my basic maintenance service schedule covered at noc cost the first year of ownership. I later spoke with the service manager and that is untrue. Again, not impressed. I am now discovering that this dealership wasn't as gosh darn wonderful as I initially thought. My mistake for not getting these false promises in writing. Lesson learned. Port City Nissan will not be my first choice when I purchase my next vehicle.

Mr. Jeffers, As promised on Saturday, I have resloved all issues. You do, and always did, qualify for free basic maintenance being four oil changes and two tire rotations within the first twelve months or 15,000 miles of ownership. I contacted the lending institution and they made an internal error which slipped through their system of checks and balances. You will see the lower payment reflected immediately. I look forward to helping in the future. Phil Walter
