He is just out to make it good for himself.Very condescending,rude and evasive. Horrible to work with and we would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We had our purchase towed back to them wi condescending,rude and evasive. Horrible to work with and we would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We had our purchase towed back to them within 2 days and only offered us trade-in value with a sneering smirk. His not my problem attitude was very surprising and sad. More

This is the third Nissan I have leased with Port City Nissan. Everyone there has been great to work with over the years. Ian was a very knowledgable salesman & easy to work with. He answered all my questions and explained everything about the car I needed to know. Casey worked with me to make sure I got the best deal I with. He answered all my questions and explained everything about the car I needed to know. Casey worked with me to make sure I got the best deal I could get, and was very friendly & fun to work with. There was a question as to whether my insurance would be covered so instead of letting me take the chance, Casey gave me a car to go home with that night which was a Sunday. The following day I went back, and Ian went to my insurance agent, and the registry, doing all the work for me, and making it much easier. I left there knowing I had made a great purchase, and worked with a great sales team. More

i have given these reatings because when i went to the nissan place not only were the people friendly but it was a homie feeling i got being there. they made me feel like i wasnt just another customer but nissan place not only were the people friendly but it was a homie feeling i got being there. they made me feel like i wasnt just another customer but some one who was in there family. i was treated with respect and curtisy and would go back to this place the next time i buy a car.!! Port City worked with us extensively via email to locate the car I wanted at the desired price point. Their Internet price was competitive and included the first year of service, a definite differentiator the car I wanted at the desired price point. i was in a car accident with my 2010 nissan and my car was totaled....needless to say i was extremely nervous and upset. Because of my previous experience with port city nissan and my salesman matt Luedtk was totaled....needless to say i was extremely nervous and upset. Because of my previous experience with port city nissan and my salesman matt Luedtke, i knew that matt is the person i needed to contact in order to get through this next process. I cannot say enough about Matt. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The moment i walked into that dealership and saw matt, i immediately calmed down as i knew he would take the best care of me....and he did.....port city is very lucky to have such a great guy.... i walked out of the dealership with a new car and because of matt....a lower rate on my insurance.....(he even took care of that for me)... I was a little concern about making a new car purchase on my own but Ian did an outstanding job working with me on the purchase of my Altima from the first greeting and helping me make a selection based o on my own but Ian did an outstanding job working with me on the purchase of my Altima from the first greeting and helping me make a selection based on what I could afford to showing me all the details of my new car before I left the dealership. Kevin, his manager, took the stress out of the getting the payments that I could afford. I would definitely recommend Port City Nissan to any one. I love my new Altima. More

We highly recommend Port City Nissan. We purchased a used Nissan Cube and we were very impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable staff, everyone we dealt with, but Kip Leonard in particular. We give Kip and Nissan Cube and we were very impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable staff, everyone we dealt with, but Kip Leonard in particular. We give Kip and the dealership the highest rating in every aspect. We have owned/leased Nissans before thru Port City and were very happy with these vehicles and the dealership.
