Easiest car purchase I have ever had, this was my first time working with Port City Nissan and they have gained a new life time customer. My first experience with Port City was so great I had to do it again! I bought my very first truck used last May (2016 Frontier). The buying experience with Port City was quick and painless. Brian was awesome as usual and did about 95% of the deal over the phone with me while I was at work. I went straight to the dealership after work and met Tim who showed me around the truck and how the back seats folded. I loved the Frontier so much I bought a brand new 2020 Frontier. The process was flawless and fair. I'm so grateful to have found this dealership. Not only is the sales department great, the service department is awesome also. I trusted the service department 100% with my previous truck and I will trust them with this one as well. Awesome place with some really great quality used vehicles as well. I saw this BMW online and knew I was interested but there were some other great quality cars as well outside of just Nissans. I have bought 2 cars previously from port city and will only shop at port city Nissan. This weekend we went to just check out my options for trading in my 2018 lease and left Leasing myself a new 2021 Roug only shop at port city Nissan. This weekend we went to just check out my options for trading in my 2018 lease and left Leasing myself a new 2021 Rouge, My husband bought a 2017 Titan and My Daughter Bought her first car a 3 series BMW. I can't say enough about Dan Melican He was wonderful. He worked hard for us and we kept him very busy for 2 days. Dan is kind and understanding and when it came to helping my daughter he was honest with her and made her first experience of car buying a great one. She's very happy and now driving a much newer car and I feel better knowing she is in a safe car that port city will stand behind. I have always had great experiences with the service Dept as well at port city. I need to add that Brian Lehman and Chris Nash went above and beyond to help us as well. We are all very happy with our experience at Port city! I will continue to come here. Great experience over all.
