The purchase of my 2011 Frontier was the best car buying experience that I have had to date. My Salesman Dan Sharp was a pleasure to deal with and he worked my deal very hard for me. I was surprised by the discount and trade offer as I had already visited other Nissan dealers who weren’t nearly as aggressive with either pricing or trade offer. Brian Snow was the manager that worked the deal with Dan and I, Brian followed Dan’s deal through with a great interest rate and made the balance of the transaction painless. While at the dealership I interacted with several other staff members who also made me feel like by purchasing there I was becoming “part of the family”. Other senior management took the time to introduce themselves to me and engage me in conversation, at no time did anyone try the high pressure tactics that are so often a part of the typical car buying experience. This is my first Nissan and my first time doing business with Port City Nissan but if my Nissan performs as well as the staff at Port City than they will have my business for years. Matt was great in not only helping me out with picking a car, but also helping me make decisions from there. I wasn't sure whether I wanted leather or cloth, and he encouraged me to really think about it in car, but also helping me make decisions from there. He could have tried to sell me on the leather to get that extra grand, but he was honest with me and told me how much all of his customers like the cloth. I really appreciated his honesty, and it's what got him a sale in the end. He's a great guy, and very knowledgeable about Nissan. Definitely recommend buying from him! More

I had outstanding service from the moment I entered the parking lot of the dealer, everything I was explained to me about the car that I was interested in. Port City nissan is a great car shopping experience, even for those that do not end up purchasing a vehicle here. I came in with many questions for two different vehicles, and was given the time and car as for those that do not end up purchasing a vehicle here. I came in with many questions for two different vehicles, and was given the time and car as if I were buying one. Ben Townes was fantastic, friendly, and very informative about their products. He even lined up both cars so that I could compare them against one another right there, to help make my research easier. I also dealt with Ian Palmer, another great salesman that answered all my questions via email in a timely manner. He even made sure that when he wasn't there that my services were both going to be taken care of, and that I was given the appropriate attention and care when he came back. Overall a great experience, never felt pressured or pushed into a decision that I did not want. Thanks again guys! More

Kevin called me on Friday asking me to bring in my 2008 Altima coupe (leased) for a chance to trade out early. Saturday AM I was welcomed by Sales Manager Kevin's booming voice and a warm welcome by the st Altima coupe (leased) for a chance to trade out early. Saturday AM I was welcomed by Sales Manager Kevin's booming voice and a warm welcome by the staff. Got to work right away with salesman Ben. VERY knowlegeable. Every one took the time to work deals on several autos. I was looking to be "WOW"ed and I was. Great price and a nice upgrade to an Altima sedan. Great customer service (never ending pot of coffee!. Lots of fun and laughter, a great experience. Did I mention this is my 9th Altima purchase from this dealership? More
