Not a very good I called for over a month trying to get in so I could get my free oil change. They had no open slots and we finally found a date that worked for both I called for over a month trying to get in so I could get my free oil change. They had no open slots and we finally found a date that worked for both of us. Then could not do it for free cause I went over the mileage aloud. They need to work on there service department. There much better at selling cars then taking care of there clients that buy them. More

Amazing customer service I had the pleasure of working with Mike at Port City, after going to Portsmouth Ford, looking at cars on my own for 45 minutes and no salesman coming I had the pleasure of working with Mike at Port City, after going to Portsmouth Ford, looking at cars on my own for 45 minutes and no salesman coming out to talk to me, i decided to take my business else where, and upon arrival Mike came out to meet me and did everything he could to get me in the car i wanted. Disappointing I was told it would be about an hour service, so i didnt make arrangements for a drop off or ride.. 2.5 hrs later I went looking for an update.. fin I was told it would be about an hour service, so i didnt make arrangements for a drop off or ride.. 2.5 hrs later I went looking for an update.. finally done.. 2.75 hrs later.. $265 .. and a Failed inspection sticker!.. yes, i was informed i needed to get a pipe welded, but was unaware my car would fail due to this weld.. so it was a little shocking to pay $265, wait for 2.75 hrs, for an oil change and fog lights. Petroilum odor from heat/cooling vents My wait time for service was minimal. They were able to find and fix the issue promptly. The employee responsible was to be counseled.
