I was almost charged twice for a diagnostics check I had just done a week before when the work order clearly stated this was a continuation from an original appointment, because the original service writer wasn’t there the second time. If it wasn’t for JP stepping up the charges would’ve went through. I was also told that my part would be in within two days and it was a week later. Finally, I was given my keys (after hours of work and my time and spending well over $1k) and as soon as I’m pulling out of the dealership my service engine light came back on, it was some issue they didn’t catch originally. Luckily JP was there and took care of that issue at no additional cost to me. Overall, for a dealership service center it wasn’t terrible. Overpriced but that’s what the cost is for genuine Nissan parts. It was more the many hours and back and forth I couldn’t stand. More

I called Chris Nash back to tell him my wife wanted the car they had over another we were looking at from a competitor. He told me the car was being picked up by someone else the following day. I said thank you for your time and hung up. I looked online and the car we wanted was still for sale (and still is 2 weeks later) with an increased price. Maybe this is some game he likes to play to get more money. We just wanted a car and not jump through these hoops Chris played. We ended purchasing a week later at Somersworth Nissan and are very pleased with every aspect of the sale. More
Super easy Easy to work with Greg to set up for inspection and full detail package. I also asked for some details on the wheels without issue. I called midway and spoke to another person who checked in with the technician personally to get an expected end time. I got another update on a wired noise issue right after the analysis. All great communications. Also plugged in to charge (Leaf) when I got back to pick it up. The did everything I asked, as well as I hoped. I have been impressed every time going there- I didn’t even get the car from them! I plan on going back for everything the car needs through it’s life. More

Checking for what we thought was an oil leak We brought our 2018 Nissan Rogue for an oil change at another establishment in a pinch and were told that we seemed to have a slow leak and to bring i We brought our 2018 Nissan Rogue for an oil change at another establishment in a pinch and were told that we seemed to have a slow leak and to bring it back to Nissan because it would be covered by our warranty. As it turns out, the shop that did the oil change had spilled oil all down our engine, all over the engine coils and overflowing the oil pan. There was no leak but Justin and his team went above and beyond, cleaned up all the oil and fixed the carelessness of the other shop. I can’t say enough great things about Justin and the rest of the service team!! More
