Why not put in the extra effort and save the grief of a customer that has bought 2 Maximas, 1 Sentra, 3 Muranos from you is insulting. More

Poor Service This last service was our third-fourth bad experience at this dealer. This service was to be routine oil change. The following occurred: * Oil was c This last service was our third-fourth bad experience at this dealer. This service was to be routine oil change. The following occurred: * Oil was changed but not filled. It was left a quart down. This is the SECOND time it was changed and left with a quart missing. The fist incident was 2/19. Twice, we paid for oil we did not receive. * They recommended a flushing of the brake fluid. This is done at 30,000 intervals. It had been done 17,000 miles ago. This was an add on that was not necessary. We declined * Cabin filtered change was recommended and was correct. A month ago, we went in to have the snow tires removed and regular tires put on. One summer tire was filled greater than 60 psi and the others over 40 psi. This is a safety issue. Several years ago, we had other issues which we resolved directly with the service department. At that time, it was doubtful if this was a trust worthy place to service my car. Our service experience here has been less that good. We bought the car here expecting to be able to get is serviced as well. It looks like we will be going elsewhere. We are very disappointed. More

Awesome dealership I have been a service customer since 2013. I was going to trade in my 2013 Altima and chose Port City for their excellent service department. The sale I have been a service customer since 2013. I was going to trade in my 2013 Altima and chose Port City for their excellent service department. The sales department did NOT disappoint me. My salesperson, Richard Steele, was excellent to work with as he greeted me with a smile and a handshake and helped me immensely in the remainder of the selection/sale process. In the future, when it comes timme to change vehicles again I will definitely return to Port City. More
